All of the cabins at West Point are now rented on a season basis & are currently all spoken for. We also no longer have our lodge rooms for rent.

Information for Seasonal Cabin Rentals
May-September*
*Must rent a minimum of 4 months and water is not guaranteed to be on until after the first thaw (usually on or before May 1st)
Non-Refundable Deposit of 1month rent–due to secure reservation
Remainder of Payment on all cabins is Due May 1st + Damage deposit of 1 months rent.

Tenant is responsible for anything broken/damaged at the time of your stay. If you are able to fix things on your own such as broken window screens it is encouraged that you do so. This will avoid this being taken out of your damage deposit.
Tenants are responsible for a final clean of cabin- if not done this will be deducted from your damage deposit.
All current large furniture will be staying in cabins- Beds, Living room couches/tables, Dining sets, some dishware, large appliances and charcoal grill.
All Tenants are to provide all bedding, towels, dishware and decorative furnishings.
Please no holes or permanent adhesives on any walls or flooring.
All cabins have access to basic television provided from antenna- any other TV or
Internet is your responsibility to set up/ install. If install requires any physical alteration to any part of West Point Lodge property it is to be okayed by manager prior to install.
Pet policy-
No pets in cabin 4. All other cabins have a max of 2 pets. All pets must be leashed and cleaned up after. We reserve the right to ban any pet from the resort if they become an issue for any reason.
Parking-
There is a max of 2 cars at each cabin. Cars must not block other cabins. Additional parking is available in other areas of the resort.
Guests/Sub leasing-
Each cabin has a max of 5 guests. Tenant who signs agreement and makes payment is ultimately responsible for all other guests or anyone cabin is subleased to during rental period. Only one person/couple can sign agreement.
